If you would like to book your stay at the lodge, in order to be able to confirm availability and the rate by return of mail, please specify the following details in the content of your message:
* Arrival date as of 4:00 PM
* Departure date before 10:00 AM
* Number of people to be accommodated (also specify the number of children and their age please)
* Advise us if you want to come with your pet. (Nice & clean)
* Would you like to rent the sheets?
* Would you like to rent the towel?
The property requires a deposit of 50% of the amount of the stay at the time of booking.
Our cancellation policy for a classic booking:
In case of cancellation more than 30 days before your arrival date your deposit will be refunded only on request by email to the address villadesmasques@outlook.fr
Between 29 days and 20 days before arrival: the deposit is kept by the establishment.
Between 19 days and the day of arrival or no show: you will be liable for 100% of the total amount of the stay
Any shortened stay is due in its entirety.
